Mobile Device Support

Funny thing...my users want to use their mobile devices like all of their peers do. I cannot imagine this desire will subside...in fact, it is going to grow.

RH needs to either find a way to natively port contact and calendar data onto mobile devices (email is easy...with the use of rules and additional folders)...or make using outlook/Exchange much smoother.

First of all...the sync buttons are in Outlook and not RH. This means that if we are using Outlook as an intermediary for this to take place but we use the RH email client...the users have to open outlook just to push this button. Put the Sync buttons on the RH side so the users can sync without opening Outlook. That alone would save a lot of trouble. (For example...admin assistants can easily log into other people's RH to push these buttons while they are out...not so with Outlook).

If you cannot place the buttons for syncing in RH...then perhaps give us some command line ability in conjunction with outlook so we can create an automated task on our workstations to sync.

And finally...finding a way to automate this sync natively so that when users are out of the office we do not have to have people here in house logging into other people's Outlook just to sync their calendar.

As I said...the need for this to be ported to mobile devices will only grow.
