As I prepare for our migration to RedHorse there is one area that I am concerned about...reporting. I have some very important and somewhat complex reports that I have toiled over in my GM system today (using Crystal XI). Whether I use SQL reporting (which will present a learning curve of it's own) or choose to stick with CRXI...I will need to convert these. To do so, I am going to need a good document that lets me really understand the tables and fields, and how they function within the RedHorse database. In fact, not being able to port my current reports over could completely stall my migration, as we have become very reliant on the reports we currently produce.
This is really more of a need than a suggestion.
