Have noticed that there is a field in CAL tracking who created an activity but it seems to not show anywhere within the product screens (Pending or Calendar views - didn't check Global Pending).
Would be nice to have so one can know who to connect with the understand what transpired to cause the activity to be created. For example, Mary (an internal sales rep) speaks to Joe (a customer). Joe advises that he has an issue with Product X and Mary sets an appointment or callback for Bill (the tech). Mary puts only a couple of words.... ie. "E-mail addresses moving......"
When Bill gets the activity, he many times would like to know a bit more. If he knew Mary scheduled it, he could contact Mary, his team member and know a bit more of the environment before contacting Joe, the customer.
