In the Outlook RedHorse CRM Link setup options on the Email tab set the option for "Auto link emails for contacts NOT synched from CRM" set the choice to 'Never'. Then you will never be asked about those emails at all. If you choose to link one of those emails you will want to either link that email and the from address to an existing contact in CRM or create a new contact to link the email to. A unique advantage of RedHorse CRM is that emails are can be linked to Contacts. In Outlook emails are never linked to contacts.
