I understand your situation and have a similar need.
The ability to print reports and even merge forms from the workflow processes.
I have talked to the developer and was told that this functionality might make it into the program eventually. But no time frame was provided as to when.
When asked about ensuring that it did, and move it up the development cycle, I was told that the programming cost to have this would be about $5200.
While that is more than I can afford alone, I would propose that we might share the development cost. Or even get a few more people to contribute as well.
I can cover about $1000 of that cost at this time. If we can get just 4 more that are interested, we can get this functionality faster.
Anyone else interested in contributing to getting this?
Those that contribute would get the functionality prior to release to the general public. It is understood that it will be released, once created, in the general updates to RedHorse CRM; but we would have it faster then the rest.

We can corrodinate the specifics of the functionality needed and enhance this already great program. While getting the desired part faster than waiting for it to eventually get into the program, if it ever does.
