In the past 10+years our CRM system was Goldmine and we've been implementing RedHorse for a number of months now.

One issue that isn't clear is why some of our Quotes (Newly created or Data from GM) don't show the Company names listed in the Company column in either the Quote Module or Global Viewer/Quotes? Upon checking the details within the Quote shows the Company name clearly listed and sometimes full address details. Any ideas what I'm missing?

Yes I did this a quote which is linked to the contact which in turn is linked to the acc record and it successfully shows the company name on both those grids.

The data from the Opportunity Manager was manually imported through SQL with various queries.

Just to be clear this issue is happening to newly created quotes in RedHorse as well as a few from the data off Goldmine, not sure if that rules out the data transfer being a factor. All the problem Quotes show the Company details within the Quote but on the Grid those details are not visible on the relative columns.

Its fixed! It turns out the Contact associated with the Quote is not linked to the Company (Sounds obvious now). I had to go into each Blank Company Name Quote, and then into the Company Account. From there in the Contact tab there is an option to link a contact, search for the name in the window, select and close.

Refreshing the Quote list again and the Company name appears.

What is odd still is that under that Contact tab in the Company Acc the contacts are already listed. I would think they're linked already if they appear here?
