I wanted to poll the group to see if anyone knows what may be happening to my RHOLink07 connection.
In the beginning, I was advised that if the R: drive or the UNC was unavailable upon the Outlook launch, the add-in / COM Object would be disabled. So, I insured that my VPN is always activated upon login! Thereby always having the UNC at least available. I do not open Outlook without the VPN enabled except while connected hardwire to the network. When external, always "light up the VPN" before opening any application or Outlook.
I still have a situation wherein 90% of the time, when I open my Outlook, I have to go to Options, Trust Center, Add-ins, Com Add-ins and turn ON the RHOLink07 object.
A bit frustrating.... if anyone has a suggestion, I'd like to here about it.
Have asked development and they say if your connection is stable, it should stay enabled. Any others experiencing this?
