Our Telemarketing module is very powerful and allows you to set up a list of contacts for telephone marketing that resides outside of your RedHorse database. When you decide a contact is a potential customer, you can promote it into a full contact record in RedHorse. The setup is technical in nature and require reseller assistance. Our resellers are trained in the setup and use of the Telemarketing module, so we recommend you contact your reseller for support in setting it up.
