In the "Document Merge Options" dialog box, in the "History" Results Code lookup list.
It appears to bring up the lookup list for Calls when you use the drop down selection.
When you select to edit the list, it brings up the "OtherResultCode" lookup box for editing.
If you add something to the edited list, it does not appear in the drop-down displayed.
