RedHorse Systems has released v2.2 of RedHorseCRM on September 4, 2009.

Enhancements and new features in v2.2 include:

• Contact and Account window custom screen design of Top and Info panes.
• External data connections - connect your RedHorse system to outside data sources, both SQL and non-SQL, in a one-to-many relationship and a one-to-one relationship. Access external data on contacts and accounts tabs, view on the Global Viewer, or access from a toolbar button.
• Automatically link inbound and outbound emails to all recipients.
• Send email blasts in batches with a delay period between batches to prevent overloading your smtp service.
• Sending email will now use the smtp server settings of the FROM address account.
• Better management of sending and deleting emails.
• New QuickBooks viewer tab for Estimates.
• Extensive Repair options in administration for managing orphan records, incorectly formatted email addresses, broken and missing linked documents, email attachments and much more.
• New status indicator in email center to show how many emails are in the selected folder.
• Ability to send a new email message to a distribution list (group or query).
• Free/busy lookup when scheduling activities.
