RedHorse Systems has released v4.2 of RedHorseCRM on January 3, 2012.
- Synchronization of contacts calendar and email with Gmail - keep your phone synced with RedHorse
- Contact and Account Field View Rules
- Round Robin distribution of scheduled activities over multiple users and multiple days
- Expanded Leads Module
There are a number of database structure changes in this release of RedHorse related to the new Leads Module expansion. If you have implemented any custom SQL development (stored procedures or triggers), reports or other customizations, we recommend you contact your reseller before updating as these changes may affect your customizations.
If you are currently using the Leads module, your existing data will be converted for you when you upgrade. Then you will need to go to the Leads Module Administration in the Admin Center to set up the configuration using the new settings. You may create templates for new Leads and you may implement workflow for the Leads Module. If you are using workflow to create leads, you will need to create a new Lead template and specify a template for leads created by workflow.
